TX Courier’s Virtual Assistant can answer questions from “Where is my package” to “Where can I pick up my shipment”. You can also submit requests such as changing a delivery address or even sending a package at a more convenient location for pick up.
Our Virtual Assistant is available to you 24/7. If our Virtual Assistant can’t resolve your request, it will help direct you to someone who can!
