We are executing contingency plans to maintain service following Hurricane Fiona. The storm is expected to hit the Atlantic region this weekend.

One or more Peak Surcharge(s) will apply to any shipment or piece travelling through TX Courier’s network using a corresponding Applicable Service during the identified Peak Period, in accordance with the details described below.

Throughout United States, ongoing extreme seasonal weather events can potentially cause disruptions to our service, resulting in uncontrollable service delays. 

As of Aug. 20, 2022, we are resuming our pre-pandemic process to capture a written signature for the delivery of all Signature Required shipments. Customers will be asked to provide a written signature on the courier’s scanner at time the package is being delivered.

Updated rates will be in effect as of Sept. 1, 2022.

Due to the current situation throughout Ukraine and Russia, effective immediately, our service to the regions has been suspended until further notice.

Over the past year, TX Courier has helped our customers adapt to the unprecedented impacts COVID-19 has had on consumers and businesses of all sizes across the globe.

TX Courier is aware of several individuals who have received job offers after having applied for jobs posted to a fraudulent website that appears to mimic the TX Courier careers page. The job postings and subsequent offer letters are not from TX Courier. We believe this is likely part of a fraudulent phishing campaign. We are investigating the situation and have worked with authorities to take down the offending website. We have also contacted the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
